**PAIGELAUREN Affiliate Program Agreement**
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by PAIGELAUREN ("Merchant") and the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the PAIGELAUREN Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
**1. Affiliate Responsibilities:**
1.1. Affiliate agrees to promote PAIGELAUREN products in a truthful and ethical manner.
1.2. Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
1.3. Affiliate agrees not to use any unauthorized promotional materials or trademarks belonging to PAIGELAUREN.
1.4. Affiliate shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of PAIGELAUREN.
**2. Commission and Payment:**
2.1. PAIGELAUREN shall pay Affiliate a commission of 10% on all qualifying sales generated through Affiliate's unique referral link.
2.2. Commissions shall be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by PAIGELAUREN.
**3. Restrictions:**
3.1. Affiliate shall not bid on trademarked terms or brand names related to PAIGELAUREN in any pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
3.2. Affiliate shall not use any form of spam, unsolicited email, or illegal marketing methods to promote PAIGELAUREN products.
3.3. Affiliate shall not promote PAIGELAUREN products on websites or platforms containing offensive, illegal, or adult content.
**4. Termination:**
4.1. PAIGELAUREN reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without prior notice.
4.2. Affiliate may also terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to PAIGELAUREN.
**5. Governing Law:**
5.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
**6. Amendments:**
6.1. PAIGELAUREN reserves the right to modify or amend this agreement at any time. Affiliate will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
