The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company's products using unique affiliate links provided by Shareasale. The Affiliate will be solely responsible for the content and manner of its promotions, ensuring that all promotions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. Additionally, the Affiliate shall not bid on the Company's trademarked terms (peta2z, peta2z.com etc.) or engage in any form of trademark infringement.
Peta2z.com pays you 10% commission on all items purchased as a direct lead from your affiliate link.
We do not allow PPC brand bidding and direct linking. The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates, terminate the Agreement, or withhold payment if the Affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement or engages in any conduct detrimental to the Company's interests. The Affiliate acknowledges that Shareasale will track and report all sales and commissions, and that such reports will be the sole basis for calculating payments.
