Gemiini Partner Program Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Gemiini Systems ("Company") and the Affiliate who wishes to participate in the Gemiini Partner Program ("Program"). By signing up or participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Participation
Upon acceptance into the Program, the Affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link to promote Gemiini’s services.
The Affiliate agrees to promote Gemiini’s video modeling therapy through organic methods, including but not limited to email, social media, and personal referrals.
2. Prohibited Marketing Practices
Paid Advertising: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using any form of paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) to promote their affiliate links. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate’s account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Unsubstantiated Claims: Affiliates must not make any claims about Gemiini’s products or services that are not backed by evidence or officially provided by Gemiini. Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the Affiliate’s account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We do not allow search marketing, paid search marketing, or trademark plus bidding with any of the terms listed in the sections below.

alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases that include these terms.
3. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission per confirmed sale generated through their unique referral link.
- Gemiini reserves the right to withhold payments if sales are found to be fraudulent or non-compliant with this Agreement.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction while promoting Gemiini.
- The Affiliate will not engage in any unethical or misleading marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, using false claims, misrepresenting Gemiini’s services, or making unsubstantiated claims about the effectiveness or outcomes of Gemiini’s products.
- Affiliates must accurately represent Gemiini’s services and maintain the integrity of Gemiini’s brand.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease promoting Gemiini and will no longer be eligible to earn commissions on sales generated after the termination date.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gemiini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gemiini from any legal claims, costs, or damages resulting from the Affiliate’s actions or omissions while participating in the Program.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Modification of Terms
Gemiini reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By joining the Gemiini Partner Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
