Program Agreement
This Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Primabiotic US co ("Company") and all affiliates ("Affiliates" or "Affiliate") who participate in the Company's affiliate marketing program (the "Program"). By enrolling in the Program, Affiliates agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Affiliate Eligibility:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliates must have a valid, active account with ShareASale/Primabiotis US co to participate.
Affiliates must adhere to the ShareASale Terms of Use.
2. Restrictions and Regulations:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of unethical or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
Spamming
Cookie stuffing
False advertising
Deceptive marketing practices
Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms or use trademarked terms in any PPC advertising.
Affiliates are not allowed to offer cashback or incentive programs.
Affiliates shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of the Company or its products.
3. Affiliate Marketing Strategies:
Affiliates are encouraged to use ethical and honest marketing methods.
Affiliates may promote Company products through various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Affiliates must not misrepresent Company products or make false claims regarding product benefits or features.
4. Commissions and Payments:
Affiliates will earn commissions as specified in the Program details.
Commissions will be paid in accordance with the Company's payment schedule.
The Company reserves the right to adjust or terminate commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
5. Termination of Affiliation:
The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program for any breach of this Agreement or unethical conduct.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written notice.
6. Miscellaneous:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and Affiliates regarding the Program.
Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
By enrolling in the Company's affiliate program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
