GENERAL
Should affiliate activity be identified that’s in breach of these T&Cs, the affiliate will immediately be contacted and given 24 hours to respond. Commissions resulting from non-compliant activity will be declined, and after the response period that affiliate may be suspended from the programme.

TRANSACTIONS
Commission is paid on the full transaction value less VAT.
Commissions will be declined if the customer decides to cancel their booking or does not complete stay for whatever reason. All commissions will be validated within a maximum of 30 days after the check-out date of the booking.
Unfortunately we're currently unable to pay for International bookings as these to not happen on the LateRooms platform.
PPC
Direct linking to LateRooms from search engines is not permitted without direct permission.
Publishers are not permitted to bid on any brand, brand+generic or misspell variations of the LateRooms brand.
VOUCHER CODES
We do not have voucher code functionality on our site unfortunately and will only work with select voucher code partners where promotion is above and beyond creating a page to rank on brand + voucher keywords.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Affiliates are not permitted to appear to represent LateRooms on social media, in any way that may be considered confusing or misleading to the consumer.
Affiliates are not permitted to run paid social campaigns that link directly to LateRooms without express written permission.
TECHNOLOGY AFFILIATES
Technology affiliates will be reviewed case-by-case and should contact affiliates@laterooms.com before applying to the programme.
Affiliates using software downloads that are not expressly authorised by the user are not permitted.
Affiliates using toolbars, either as their primary method of promotion or as a supplement to a wider site, must seek approval from affiliates@laterooms.com.
Much like voucher code sites, deal based browser plugin affiliates and technology affiliates must specifically outline promotional methods and will not be auto accepted on the programme.
