Two Bitch Spirits Affiliate Program

By registering as an Affiliate under the Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. Affiliate Program, Affiliates affirm that they have read and agree to the following:

1. 1. Affiliate may place banner ads and other trackable links on its website, within non-spam emails, and in QR code form on hard copy pieces (e.g., cards, flyers, posters, etc.).
2. 2. Adult oriented websites (e.g., pornography, nudity, hate, etc.) may not participate as an Affiliate.  Adult oriented sites and organizations expressly related to alcoholic beverages are excepted from the above prohibition.
3. 3. Product links must be taken from the Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined. Content produced by Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. that is not part of the product feed or made available through AWIN specifically for use by Affiliates may not be used without express written permission from Two Bitch Spirits Ltd..
4. 4. Affiliates may not register domains which are similar to, or misspellings of, Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. or any of its brand or product names, or any trademarks of Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. Affiliate agrees to transfer, at no cost, ownership and control of any such domain created in violation of this provision to Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. immediately upon request.
5. 5. Affiliates should not hard code banners into their sites.  Hard coded banners may not automatically update when changes are made to the creatives available through AWIN.
6. 6. Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. will provide content (e.g., creatives, banners, etc.) to be used by Affiliates.  Affiliates may not alter said content.  Affiliates may request other content and/or sizes directly from Two Bitch Spirits Ltd.
7. 7. Affiliates may not display discount codes without prior express written permission from Two Bitch Spirits Ltd.
8. 8. Affiliates may not utilize pay-per-click (“PPC”) advertising or search activity without express written permission from Two Bitch Spirits Ltd.
9. 9. Commissions are paid to Affiliates based on successful sales.      A successful sale is one that is not returned, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise unable to be completed.      Commissions are only paid on successful sales of Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. alcoholic beverage products completed through its Shopify online store.
10. 10. Violations of any Program Terms may result in immediate suspension and/or dismissal from the Affiliate Program and the Affiliate’s commissions being withheld and/or voided.
11. 11. Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. reserves the right to contact Affiliates via email, phone, and text message in order to communicate updates, changes, and additions/deletions to the Affiliate Program and product lines.
12. 12. Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete any part of these Program Terms at any time and at its sole discretion.      Notice of any such activity will be provided to Affiliates according to the Notice Periods shown in the Program Terms section of the Affiliate Program on the AWIN platform.
13. 13. Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time and at its sole discretion.
14. 14. Two Bitch Spirits Ltd. reserves the right to terminate Affiliates at its sole discretion.
