1. Program Overview

2. Commission & Payments
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn up to 6% base commission per qualified booking. Higher rates may be negotiated for top-performing partners.
Cookie Duration: 30 days. Bookings made within 30 days of a user clicking your affiliate link are credited to you.
Payment Terms: Commissions are paid monthly, following validation of completed bookings. Commissions are only paid for bookings that have been fulfilled (i.e., after the customer has completed their tour). Cancellations or refunded bookings do not qualify for commission.
3. Eligibility & Website Standards
Affiliate websites must be high quality, in English, and capable of generating relevant traffic for The Tour Guy.
Sites must comply with all applicable laws and industry guidelines (e.g., IAB, ASA).
Websites promoting adult content, hate speech, illegal activities, or discriminatory material are strictly prohibited.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may use only the official creatives, banners, and links provided by The Tour Guy unless prior written permission is granted for custom materials.
Deep linking is permitted; however, all links must use the official tracking parameters provided by Awin.
Affiliates must keep all promotional content, offers, and brand assets up to date and in line with The Tour Guy’s current terms and branding.
5. Brand Protection & PPC Restrictions
Brand Bidding: Bidding on The Tour Guy’s trademarks, brand names, or any variations/misspellings is strictly forbidden in all paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns.
“The Tour Guy”, “TheTourGuy”, and all variations must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns.
The Tour Guy’s brand name or misspellings may not appear in any paid advertising display URL or as part of any partner’s website domain.
Affiliates found in violation may face commission reversals and removal from the program.
6. Domain & Website Restrictions
Use of mis-spell or lookalike domains that could be confused with The Tour Guy or its industry partners is strictly prohibited.
