Lashview Affiliate Marketing Program AgreementI. IntroductionThis agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Lashview Affiliate Marketing Program (the "Program") between affiliate partners ("Affiliate Partner") and Lashview. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined herein.II. EligibilityAffiliate Partners must own a valid website or social media channel with content that adheres to high ethical and legal standards.Affiliate Partners shall not act in any manner that adversely affects the Lashview brand image.III. Advertising CampaignsAll advertising materials must be pre-approved in writing by Lashview.Misleading advertising or false representations are strictly prohibited.IV. Prohibited ActivitiesAny form of fraud, including but not limited to fake clicks or referrals, is prohibited.Spamming or unsolicited commercial emails for promotion is not allowed.Promoting Lashview products on any illegal or offensive content is forbidden.Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on or using Lashview brand keywords for any PPC, sponsored link, or SEM campaigns across all platforms.V. Sales and CompensationAffiliate Partners will earn a 15% commission on sales made through their unique referral links.Commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding returns and canceled orders.The cookie duration is six months, meaning any purchases made within six months after a customer visits through an Affiliate Partner's link will be credited to the Affiliate Partner.Lashview reserves the right to withhold commission payments for any orders that are generated through unauthorized advertising activities.VI. PaymentCommissions are paid monthly and can be received through PayPal, credit card, or Payoneer, depending on the preference of the Affiliate Partner.Affiliate Partners must provide valid payment information for their chosen payment method and are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commission income.Lashview reserves the right to withhold payment for any breach of the agreement terms.VII. TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.Any violation of the agreement terms will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.VIII. Law and Dispute ResolutionThis agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, they shall be submitted to the competent courts within the United States.IX. Final ProvisionsThis agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior oral and written communications.
