  • Share product imagery in the context of reviews, features, or community content

Publishers may not:

  • Present themselves as the official Once Upon a Tee website or brand representative
  • Use misleading language implying exclusivity, ownership, or official partnership
  • Alter logos, trademarks, or brand assets without approval

Paid Advertising & Impersonation

The following are not permitted:

  • Use of the Once Upon a Tee brand name (or variations/misspellings) in paid search ads
  • Use of the brand name in display URLs, ad titles, or ad copy
  • Brand impersonation, look-alike domains, or “official” style messaging

Content & Messaging Expectations

Once Upon a Tee performs best with partners who:

  • Create original, value-adding content
  • Promote the brand in a way that aligns with pop culture, fandoms, and artist-driven communities
  • Communicate honestly with their audience
  • We reserve the right to request changes or remove partners whose branding or messaging does not align with the brand experience.
