General Terms and Conditions
Restrictions:
Partners with unlawful, political, violence-glorifying, pornographic or illegal content are generally excluded from participation in the partner program
Should a partner violate these terms and conditions, this will result in the immediate termination of the cooperation and cancellation of all sales. Only partners with a valid imprint will be accepted.
Vouchers:
The partner may only use vouchers or discount promotions that have been approved for the mediuk.co.uk partner program. This applies to all vouchers that are not provided via AWIN. The use of outdated voucher campaigns and the combination of several vouchers is also prohibited.
SEM conditions:
All SEM measures are prohibited. Violations will result in exclusion from the program. Corresponding sales will be canceled.
Postview tracking:
Postview is prohibited.
Orders that have been recorded via Postview Tracking will be canceled.
Advertising material:
Only advertising material that is made available via the partner network is permitted. LAYERS or pop-ups are not permitted
Product data:
It is not permitted to use the mediuk.co.uk data feed outside of your own website (on third-party platforms, such as Google Shopping)
Passing on commissions
Integration of non-network vouchers: Cooperation with sub-affiliate networks, banner networks or similar is not permitted.

We do allow direct linking.
We do allow incentivized partners to join our program.
We do allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running these for suppression lists, Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
