Program Agreement - OvercoatUSA Affiliate Program
Welcome to the OvercoatUSA Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which serve as the legal foundation for your involvement:
Promotion Restrictions:
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities in relation to the OvercoatUSA brand:
a) Use of any unethical, misleading, or deceptive marketing techniques.
b) Promotion of OvercoatUSA products on adult, illegal, or offensive websites or platforms.
c) Violation of intellectual property rights, including the unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material.
d) Spamming or unsolicited email marketing to promote OvercoatUSA.
e) Engaging in any activities that could harm the reputation or goodwill of OvercoatUSA.
Compliance with Laws: All affiliates must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to those related to data protection, consumer rights, and advertising.
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to OvercoatUSA's brand guidelines while promoting our products. This includes using approved creatives, logos, and brand messaging.
Prohibited Content: Affiliates are not allowed to promote OvercoatUSA on websites or platforms that contain content promoting violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or anything that may be deemed offensive or harmful.
Coupon Code Policy: Affiliates are not permitted to promote unauthorized coupon codes or deals that were not officially provided to them through the OvercoatUSA Affiliate Program.
Termination of Affiliation: OvercoatUSA reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time and for any reason if they are found to be in violation of this Program Agreement or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
ShareASale Terms of Use: In addition to this Program Agreement, all affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use, as applicable.
By joining the OvercoatUSA Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Program Agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliation and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
