Currency: Financial transactions covered by this Template Term will be processed in the USD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.
Change Notification Period: The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification to the Partner.
Reversal Policy: Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the
Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%
Partner Tracking Pixel: Advertiser does NOT allow Partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.
SEO Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, Media Partner may not include the term
Thrive or any variation thereof, or any of Thrive’s formulation names, in their primary URL.
Promo Codes: Media Partners are only authorized to advertise promotion codes that are posted on Thrive’s affiliate channel or within the advertising interface. Media Partner agrees to immediately remove any promotion code from its website upon the request of Thrive’s Affiliate Team. Sales generated through unauthorized promotion codes are not commissionable.
Paid Media: Bidding on Thrive formulation names or trademarked Thrive terms, including those for which trademark applications are pending, or any variations thereof is strictly prohibited. Media Partner may not bid on Thrive + any keywords, including without limitation Thrive discount, Thrive promo code, Thrive coupon, Thrive deals, any Thrive formulation names, or any other variations or combinations or terms with Thrive terms or product names.
Reviews: If you qualify to receive Thrive Services in exchange for a review, you agree to abide by the following terms at all times during your relationship with Thrive: You must post within three weeks of starting your program with Thrive. If this timeline is not feasible, please contact the Thrive Affiliate Team to discuss an exception. Posts must include the appropriate tracking link, and descriptive content about the Thrive program. You will include #ThrivePartner or a similar indicator of your relationship with Thrive in a clear and conspicuous location, and otherwise ensure that posts comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials. If you need assistance with completing your product post, please contact the Thrive Affiliate Team. Your posts will be your sole and original creation, will not be libelous or defamatory, and will not infringe or otherwise violate any right of any third party. Failure to abide by these terms will make you subject to removal from the Thrive affiliate program and/or cancellation of any remaining payments.
