Terms & Conditions - L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Program Agreement
Introduction
By joining the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate program through AWIN, you are agreeing to abide by the additional terms and conditions of the program. In this context, "Affiliate," "you," and "your" refer to you as the applicant, while "we" and "our" pertain to the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Program.
For a website to be eligible for the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Programme, it must align with the overall look, offerings, and reputation of the L'Amour Pearls brand. The Publisher Website should not engage in any advertising or display content that could potentially damage the good reputation of L'Amour Pearls.
Affiliate Program Acceptance
To begin, please complete the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Application and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement. Once we receive your application, we will review it to determine your eligibility for participation in the Program. Kindly note that we reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
As an affiliate, it is important to clarify that you are not an official representative of lamourpearls.com and clearly indicate the nature of your affiliate relationship. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination from the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all commissions.
L'Amour Pearls retains the right to decline any site from joining the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Program based on its content.
- Sites that promote violence, defamation, illegal activities, discrimination,
- Sexually explicit materials,
- Incomplete construction or material, inaccessible websites during application reviews,
- Objectionable content, or infringe upon third-party copyright, trademark, or
- Intellectual property rights will not qualify for the program.
*We strictly prohibit the use of spam or mass unsolicited email by affiliates. L'Amour Pearls does not engage in such practices, and we expect our affiliates to adhere to this policy as well. Any violation of this policy will lead to the termination of the contract and immediate dismissal from the L'Amour Pearls Affiliate Program without refund.
If your application is rejected, you will not be eligible to participate in the program at this time. However, you may reapply at a later date. Please be aware that even after acceptance, we reserve the right to reject an application or remove an affiliate from the program if deemed necessary.
1)Commencement and Termination: The agreement begins upon acceptance of the affiliate application and can be terminated by either party at any time by giving written notice.
2) Prohibited Use of Marketing Tools: Affiliates are prohibited from using any L’Amour Pearls marketing tools, such as promotional codes, shown on the website or emails. L’Amour Pearls will provide necessary marketing tools to affiliates and any unauthorized use may result in debiting of commissions and possible termination of the partnership.
3) Modification of Terms and Conditions: L’Amour Pearls reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the agreement, including commission rates and payment, at its sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any changes.
4) Unique Identifier: All links from the affiliate's site to the L’Amour Pearls site contain a unique identifier. This ensures that the affiliate receives credit for any purchases made by users referred from their site.
5) Eligibility and Payment: Affiliates are eligible to earn referral fee payments on sales that occur during the term of the agreement. Commission payments are made upon validation of each transaction and may take up to 30 days to process. Any chargebacks or fees from returned or canceled orders will be adjusted in the following fee payment.
6) Bidding Terms: Affiliates are not allowed to purchase or register search engine keywords, employ Pay Per Click advertising, or use domain names that include the term 'L’Amour Pearls' or its variations. Bidding on misspellings or extensions of the brand is also not allowed. Non-compliance may result in removal from the L’Amour Pearls Affiliate Program.
7) Discount Code / Voucher Code: Publishers may only use discount codes provided by Awin or L’Amour Pearls directly. Made-up or invented discount codes, as well as codes intended for use in other channels or by other online publishers, are not allowed. Promotion of onsite discount offers requires prior agreement with the L’Amour Pearls team. Publishers must clearly display the expiry date of any issued discount codes.
8) Tracking Tags: The assets provided by L’Amour Pearls, including tracking tags, are vital to the success of the program. Affiliates must use these assets in their intended manner and agree not to corrupt, modify, or disable the tracking functionality.
9) Disclaimer: The L’Amour Pearls does not provide any warranties or representations regarding the L’Amour Pearls Affiliate Program or income potential. They also do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of their websites or affiliate sites.
Please note that failure to comply with these terms and conditions could result in your relationship being terminated and/or any commissions earned being reversed.
