Don’ts

  • Moonbird is a consumer product, NOT a medical device. Please don't mention that it is a substitute for medication or therapy. 
  • You CAN mention that moonbird helps you to reduce stress and promotes relaxation, which can help living with anxiety, insomnia, or autism as part of a healthy lifestyle
    • Or, just speak from your own point of view (“moonbird made me sleep better, finally” or “with moonbird I don’t have to count breaths anymore, I just breathe along and this makes me drift off to sleep”.
  • You CANNOT make direct medical statements directly referring to diseases,  like: 
    • "Moonbird helps everyone get rid of anxiety". 
    • "Moonbird solves insomnia”.

      Always write moonbird in lower case, unless it’s the first word in a sentence
  • Human, supportive, and straightforward tone of voice. If you use an AI-bot to generate texts, please triple-check that it doesn’t feel like the content is AI-generated. 
  • Scientifically-grounded / backed 
  • Non-wooley / fluffly mindfulness or meditation
  • Color palette: soft, emotional colors to evoke calmness and balance, with 'Yves Klein blue' highlighting the scientific foundation. 
  • Imagery: human, approachable, natural elements, and lighting to support feelings of inner peace, featuring photography of users who have achieved a desired state of mind.
