Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the program or commission reversal.
Brand Overview
Heartland Vet Supply is a trusted national provider of prescription medications and veterinary supplies—including supplements and wellness products—for dogs, cats, horses, cattle, and other animals. Our brand reflects professionalism, expertise, and a deep-rooted commitment to animal wellness. All affiliate content must uphold these values and present our brand with integrity.
Logo Usage
- Only use the official Heartland Vet Supply logo provided through our affiliate portal or by request.
- Logos must not be altered in shape, proportion, color, or orientation.
- Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the capital “H” in “Heartland.”
- Place the logo only on backgrounds that provide appropriate contrast for visibility.
Not permitted:
- Creating your own variations of the logo
- Using the logo in a sentence or as part of a custom graphic
- Displaying the logo on busy or patterned backgrounds
Color Guidelines
The following are the approved brand colors. These should be used in all marketing materials, wherever color usage is allowed:

Use of additional color schemes must be brand-appropriate and approved if deviating from the above.
Typography
Use clean, professional fonts that reflect the tone of our brand.
Approved font families:
Avoid decorative, script, or novelty fonts. Headings and body copy should be easily legible and well structured.
Imagery and Product Representation
- Use only high-quality product images provided by Heartland Vet Supply or found in the affiliate program portal.
- Lifestyle photography (pets with people, pets in home or farm settings, etc.) must align with our brand tone: authentic, caring, and professional.
- Do not digitally alter product images in a way that could misrepresent the product or its packaging.
Brand Voice and Messaging
Our tone is professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Affiliates must follow this approach in all promotions.
Messaging should be:
- Accurate, clear, and informative
- Focused on trust, care, and wellness
- Reflective of Heartland Vet Supply's veterinary background
Messaging must not:
- Use exaggerated or unverifiable claims
- Imply a direct endorsement or misrepresent the affiliate relationship
- Mimic unrelated brands or inject unrelated humor
Trademark and Brand Name Usage
- You may not use "Heartland Vet Supply" or any brand variations in domain names, usernames, account handles, social pages, or hashtags without prior approval.
- Do not claim to represent the company or appear as a direct extension of the brand.
- Affiliates are prohibited from using our name in paid search campaigns or any form of brand bidding.
Advertising Disclosures and Compliance
- Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Heartland Vet Supply clearly and prominently in compliance with FTC guidelines and other applicable regulations.
- All marketing materials must be truthful and compliant with advertising laws in the U.S. and in any other regions where your content is accessible.
Prohibited Practices
The following are strictly not allowed and may result in immediate removal from the program:
- Misleading or inaccurate representations of products or offers
- Unauthorized use of our branding or content
- Promotion of expired or unapproved discount codes
- Use of disruptive technologies (pop-ups, adware, browser extensions, etc.)
- Posting content that is harmful, offensive, or damaging to the brand
