Hiboy Affiliate Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Participation
Submitting an affiliate application grants eligibility to participate in the Hiboy Affiliate Referral Program, subject to approval. Once approved, participation is ongoing but may be suspended or terminated at any time at Hiboy’s sole discretion, with or without notice.
2. Website Eligibility
Hiboy reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates whose websites are deemed unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to, sites that:
Promote illegal activities
Promote sexually explicit content or violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Are otherwise inconsistent with Hiboy’s brand standards
Affiliate links may only be placed on websites that were listed and approved during the application. Placement on unregistered or unauthorized sites is strictly prohibited.
3. Brand Usage Restrictions
Affiliates are not allowed to:
Use domain names containing the "Hiboy" brand
Use the "Hiboy" brand in subdomains
Bid on "Hiboy" brand terms (including misspellings or variations) in paid search platforms such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads
4. Traffic Standards
The following are strictly prohibited:
Click farming or fraudulent traffic generation
Fake leads, false impressions, or artificial engagement
Use of bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate results
All traffic must be genuine, organic, and compliant with Hiboy’s standards.
5. Coupon Code Policy
Only active and authorized coupon codes provided by Hiboy may be used for promotion
Expired or unauthorized codes must be removed promptly from all promotional channels
6. Violations and Consequences
Violations of these terms may result in:
Revocation of commissions and bonuses
Suspension or termination from the program
Forfeiture of unpaid earnings
Hiboy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
