Commission Structure and Rates

• Default Commission: 5%

Validation Process

• Transactions are validated 30 days after orders have been dispatched.

PPC Policy

• Affiliates may not bid on or use Ebac brand names, brand name terms, or misspellings in any paid search activities. This includes all specific product and brand names.

Email Marketing

• Any affiliate wishing to promote Ebac via email marketing must first contact Ebac (ian.ridley@ebac.com) for pre-approval. Prior to distribution, all email marketing must be sent to Ebac (ian.ridley@ebac.com) for pre-approval.

Creative

• Affiliates are not permitted to alter any of the creative or text links available through the Awin interface. Affiliates must follow the Brand Guidelines provided on the Awin interface.

Copy

• All copy featured on affiliate sites must be taken directly from the Ebac site, unless provided by the Ebac affiliate team.

Voucher Codes

• Affiliates are not allowed to publish any voucher or discount codes unless they have been verified by the Ebac affiliate team.

Cookie Period

• The lifetime of cookies is 30 days.

Programme Membership

• The programme membership will be based on brand and demographic fit, which we will assess on an ongoing basis. If any affiliate fails to meet the threshold for this, we will be in touch to discuss the partnership moving forward. Affiliates who remain inactive 6 months after the join date will also be reviewed on this basis.
• Affiliates must not release confidential or sensitive information about campaigns into the public domain at any time before this is live on the Ebac website and/or has been approved by the Ebac affiliate team. Any breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension from the Ebac affiliate programme.

Prohibited Content

If your website contains the following content in any form, you will not be eligible to participate in the Ebac Affiliate Program:

• Violent and offensive content
• Pornographic content
• Radical political or religious content
• Immoral content
• Gambling and lotteries
• Other content prohibited by UK legislation

Discount/Coupon Policy

• Offering discounts/coupons etc. to the Ebac online store in the affiliate program is prohibited unless provided by Ebac directly to the publisher.

Sub Networks

• Any affiliate promoting as a sub-network should be in contact with the Ebac affiliate team on a weekly basis.

Compliance and Violations

• If any affiliate fails to meet the program T&C’s, we will be in touch to discuss the partnership moving forward. Significant or continual breaches can result in warnings or suspension from the program.
