Please read our Winston Affiliate Programme terms & conditions, in consideration of becoming a member of WInston’s affiliate program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.*
Your website should not contain any false, inaccurate, libellous, misleading or disparaging representations or statements regarding Winston and/or its products.
You shall remove from your website any materials or copy on Winston’s request.
Please use the brand guidelines and imagery including logo(s) provided for any marketing material. You must ensure written consent from the Winston team is confirmed prior to live date.
Winston requests that affiliates do not bid on Winston/ Winston.co.uk, or any other version of the Winston brand including misspells.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your immediate removal from the Program. Unless you agree to these terms and conditions, please do not become a member of the Program.
Winston may terminate your affiliate programme membership at any time and without notice. You must remove any references to Winston, any creative or copy referring to Winston alongside any links to the Winston website immediately if your membership is cancelled. Commissions will cease to be payable following notice of termination. You must repay any such commissions which you receive following notice of termination.
