1. Eligibility:
1.1 You must be a legitimate individual, website or entity to participate in our affiliate program.
1.2 All Alliance members must comply with ShareASale’s terms and conditions of use.
2. Promotional activities:
2.1 Our high-fidelity vinyl turntable products are only promoted through the promotion links provided by ShareASale.
2.2 It is strictly prohibited to use false publicity, fraudulent behavior or illegal means for promotion.
3. Commissions and Payments:
3.1 Commission will be paid based on actual sales, subject to the commission plan provided by ShareASale.
3.2 Commission will be settled and paid through the ShareASale platform.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
4.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and marketing materials, remain ours.
4.2 Alliance members may not use, modify or copy our intellectual property without authorization.
5. Compliance and Ethics:
5.1 Alliance members must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising laws, antitrust laws, etc.
5.2 It is strictly prohibited to engage in promotional activities that are defamatory, malicious, or inconsistent with our brand values.
6. Restrictions and Regulations:
6.1 Any form of invalid clicks, fraudulent activities, or other violations of the ShareASale Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.
6.2 It is strictly prohibited to promote our products in a false or misleading manner.
6.3 Alliance members are not allowed to participate in any form of bidding advertising, including but not limited to brand bidding.
7. Termination of Agreement:
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate Alliance membership at any time, particularly if a breach of the Agreement is discovered.
7.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate shall no longer be eligible for any unpaid commissions.
8. Other terms:
8.1 This agreement is the entire agreement between us and the Alliance Members and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and the modified agreement will be published on the website.

10. ShareASale Terms of Use:
All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use and ensure compliance with platform regulations during promotional activities.
