BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO JOIN YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions between us, REAKIRO POLAND Sp. z o.o., a company organized under the laws of Republic of Poland with the company number KRS 0000714297, having its registered address Pl. Jana Kilińskiego 2, 35-005 Rzeszów, Poland ("Reakiro"), and you, regarding your application to and participation in, Reakiro Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate Program") as an affiliate of Reakiro (an "Affiliate"), and the establishment of links from your website to our website www.cbdreakiro.de (the "Site").
