Any publisher who breaches this policy will be directly contacted and asked to remove the term(s) immediately. If the publisher does not comply, or breaches this policy, we reserve the right to decrease commission or remove the publisher from our program.
Commissions policy:
- Up to 7.5% on sales
- 30 day cookies
- Please note: VAT, delivery charges and gift cards do not qualify for commission.
Branding:
Social posts including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok may be re-shared by FINLAY without prior agreement. Please do not create new logos or colour schemes without our permission.
No partner should run paid search campaigns, comparison shopping services, social media campaigns or display campaigns using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Discount Codes:
Only discount codes authorised for your specific use by FINLAY are permitted. We reserve the right to reject commissions and suspend from the programme if found to be displaying and making sales using unauthorised discount codes or vouchers.
We encourage all publishers to apply to our program but please bear in mind before you can participate, we will need to approve your platform.
These guidelines are general and we reserve the right to make exceptions.
