Joyliketoys Affiliate Program Agreement
Introduction:
Welcome toJoyliketoys's Affiliate Program. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may participate in our Program. Our goal is to foster a mutually beneficial partnership that supports the growth and success of both our affiliates and our company.
Eligibility:
Affiliates must operate a website or platform that is relevant to our products (toys and children's products).
Affiliates are required to maintain a certain level of professionalism and content quality.
Prohibited Activities:
No spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
No false or misleading advertising.
Affiliates cannot use methods deemed unethical or illegal.
Use of Advertising Materials:
Affiliates may use the advertising materials (banners, links, etc.) provided by Joyliketoys.
All trademarks and copyrights must be respected.
Commission and Payment:
Commissions are earned on sales generated through properly coded Affiliate links.
Payments are made monthly, provided the affiliate has reached a minimum payout threshold.
Tracking and Reporting:
Sales will be tracked through ShareASale's tracking system.
Affiliates have access to real-time reporting via their ShareASale account.
Compliance with Laws:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Signature:
This Agreement shall not be enforceable until signed by both Joyliketoys and the Affiliate.
