Enrollment:
After receiving your application, we will review your Website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program.
Linking to our website:
Once accepted into the Program, links will be made available to you through the Affiliate Window interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from the Affiliate Window without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile. On click through, you must link directly to our website.
PPC Policy:
PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
Website:
Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such a site is the merchants brand website.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Farmgirl Flowers or the FarmgirlFlowers.com brand name, use any misspelled or variation of the brand name.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, impersonate or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program.
Advertising:
No spamming: Affiliates must not use spam or unsolicited email marketing to promote our products.
No deceptive advertising: Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading or false advertising practices. All promotions must accurately represent our products.
No misrepresentation. Affiliates are prohibited from misrepresenting themselves as official representatives of our company.
Trademark & Copyright Terms + Domain Names:
Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited, including:

Daily Arrangement
Farmgirl Flowers logo
Changes to the program:
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to reject from the program and reverse any/all sales generated from any affiliates violating the above T&C.
