1. PPC Compliance (Pay Per Click)
We do not allow any PPC bidding for anyh terms containg or including any of our Trademark terms or listed trade terms. These terms are as follows; Hightly, Oxygen Max, Natural Recovery. At any time we reserve the right to ban all google ads promotions.
2. Coupon Compliance
a. We do NOT allow PPC bids that contain our brand or products “Hightly”, "Oxygen Max", Natural Recovery (also known as TM+ bidding)?
b. We do NOT allow Affiliates to utilize SEO tactics centered around our brand or products “Hightly”, "Oxygen Max", Natural Recovery. ?
c. If an Affiliate sends Hightly traffic and in return searches for a coupon via a coupon blogger, the affiliate will receive full commissions? Currently Hightly will allow a “Click to Reveal Coupon Code” strategy.
d. Sales Tax & Government Regulation
Hightly will collect taxes for all states requiring us to legally do so.
