DIRECT LINKING
Direct linking from external platforms other than your owned website, i.e. Google, Bing, or Yahoo are strictly prohibited. Any advertising done on external platforms should link directly to your owned website.
COMPETITIVE BRAND BIDDING
All competitive brand bidding is strictly prohibited.
MEDIA & KEYWORD RESTRICTIONS
Competing with Womaness on specific media properties and keywords is prohibited.
DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Registering domains that contain Womaness or typos of Womaness are strictly prohibited
COMPLIANCE WITH SEARCH ENGINE RULES
As a publisher, you are required to follow the editorial guidelines of each search engine. For example, the landing page must match the display URL, and no redirects or jump pages that immediately redirect to Womaness.com
EVASION
Affiliate are strictly prohibited from using evasion tactics to hide the affiliate link when the visits are from either Womaness or from search engine editorial bots checking on paid ads.
VIOLATION LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS
Affiliates are required to remain in compliance with medium regulations. Email marketing content must be in compliance with the "can spam" act. Affiliates who operate editorial publications must also comply with new rules from the FTC when they are endorsing or recommending Womaness products which require disclosure that the website is a compensated affiliate.
AD COPY AND LANDING PAGE COPY
The following in prohibited:
1. Use of Womaness brand in ad copy text or in the display URL in False advertising or any claim that shows Womaness or our competitors in a false or misleading light
2. Promoting old invalid offers that have expired
3. Using certain words such as "official" or "free"
4. Copying Womaness landing pages
PRESS RELEASES
Affiliates are prohibited from seeking, participating or any other forms of engagement surrounding Press Releases for Womaness brand and its products
FRAUDULENT COMMISSIONS
Fraudulent activities like cookie stuffing, link interception and falsifying orders are prohibited.
