Hey Honey Yoga Affiliate Program Terms
§1 Advertising Materials
Affiliates may request custom advertising materials from Hey Honey Yoga. Provided materials must not be altered and can only be used in association with the Hey Honey Yoga affiliate program.
§2 Restrictions: Cookie-Dropping / iFrames
Generating cookies is only permitted when it follows a voluntary and conscious click by the user on an official, clearly marked, and utilized advertising material. Invisible integrations of advertising materials for users are prohibited. The use of landing pages and advertising materials in iFrames, PopUps, and Layers that generate the affiliate cookie automatically without a conscious, voluntary user click is not allowed.
§3 Forced Clicks / Non-Stop Redirection
Websites with forced clicks are not accepted. Redirection to landing pages, for example, from keyword ads, is only permitted if a visible, registered affiliate landing page is used beforehand. Non-stop redirections to landing pages are not allowed.
§4 SEO and SEM Guidelines
- "Black Hat" SEO techniques or search engine spamming that misleads search engine results are forbidden. This includes keyword stuffing, hidden texts and links, doorway and cloaking pages, link farms, and blog spam.
- Keyword bookings on the Hey Honey Yoga brand, competitors' brands, misspellings, or similar domains are prohibited. Direct linking is not allowed; please use your own landing pages.
- Affiliates are not allowed to register, acquire, or use domain names that are identical or deceptively similar to "Hey Honey Yoga," "HeyHoneyYoga.com," or variations thereof, including common misspellings.
- Affiliates must also refrain from using these names in any search engine optimization techniques, including meta-tags, keyword meta-tags, description meta-tags, and title-tags.
§5 Browser Plug-Ins / Advertising via Spyware or Adware
The combination of advertising material source codes to create plug-ins for any browser (e.g., Hotbars, Toolbars) as well as advertising through Adware or Spyware is not permitted.
§6 Incentivization / Cash Back
The distribution of commissions to users is at the discretion of the affiliate; however, the conscious, voluntary click by the user must not be bypassed. Cashback partners must ensure their participants make only one booking per subscription. Repeated bookings will be canceled.
§7 Paid Clicks
Paid clicks (Paid Mailer) are not permitted.
§8 Vouchers
Vouchers from newspapers, magazines, or other advertising forms must not be publicly posted on the internet without written permission. Affiliates may only use vouchers explicitly allocated to them by Hey Honey Yoga.
§9 Violation of Guidelines and Termination
If there is suspicion of bookings generated in violation of these guidelines, commissions for these bookings may be revoked. The burden of proof for adherence to these guidelines rests solely with the affiliate. Hey Honey Yoga reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without notice or reason.
§10 Post Login Promotions
Publishers are not permitted to use post-login promotions, including the Hey Honey Yoga referral program, for marketing purposes.
§11 General Prohibition of Email Marketing
Hey Honey Yoga does not generally permit email marketing (including newsletters, individual mailings). Email marketing measures for the Hey Honey Yoga affiliate program are only permissible after prior discussion and approval by Hey Honey Yoga and if there is a consent process compliant with current laws for the recipients of the advertising emails. Hey Honey Yoga reserves the right to review the consent process, and the affiliate must immediately provide requested information (particularly regarding a double opt-in procedure and a compliant consent text). Affiliates must adhere to the Hey Honey Yoga blacklist of blocked email addresses for each email marketing measure.
