Programme Details:
•0.5% - 3% affiliate commission
• Commissions are not paid on non-consumer or cancelled orders. Non-consumer orders are defined as bulk purchases for the purpose of re-selling. The transaction value that commissions are paid on does not include VAT, credit card fees or service charges
• Any sale that is deemed a “pre-order” will only be rewarded a commission once the product has been shipped.
• Commission does not take in account RRP’s or other “before” pricing.
• Commission is only payable on valid online orders that are not cancelled or returned and which comply with Terms and Conditions
• Cookie Period: 30 days
• Affiliate sales will be de-duped against all digital marketing channels
• Validation period for all transactions is: 50 days
Programme Terms:
• Publishers cannot use the product feed to advertise on Google Shopping or equivalent
• You agree not to put CANON.co.uk into Frames or use masked URLS
• You agree not to run Add to Favourite pop ups or campaigns on your site that lead the customer to believe they are bookmarking the official CANON.co.uk store.
• You agree to allow users to navigate your site using the browser back button
• You agree not to include links or banners in any form of email or newsletter without prior consent. CANON must receive written confirmation that the email lists that these emails or newsletters are sent to are opt in lists in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
• You agree not to use CANON banners or links as pop ups or pop unders to your site
• You agree not to use the product datafeed to generate pop unders from your site in the form of spawning – this is the practice of displaying a pop under of a specific product page from the CANON store which is relevant to the search term used on the search engine
• You agree not to alter any of the creative or logos presented in the interface and will only use those that are available
• You agree to send CANON the copy you plan to use in any solus emails prior to sending - these can only be sent once they have been approved
• Please adhere to the brand guidelines when promoting Canon, available for download on the network publisher interface.
• Canon reserves the right to remove any suspect affiliates or those who are seen in breach of the programme terms.
Cashback
• Cashback is only payable on valid online orders that are not cancelled or returned and which comply with Canon’s Terms and Conditions
• Cashback/Points will not be paid to Canon employees or members who are already eligible for corporate discount, and/or in conjunction with any Cashback promotion live on Canon site.
•Cashback/Points are not paid on the body only and kit versions of the M6 Mark II, EOS 850D, 5DS, 5DS R, 1DX Mark II & III, EOS R, R5,R6, R3, RP and M50 MKII.

Vouchercodes:
• Voucher can only be redeemed once within the expiry date
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Voucher is redeemable online on the relevant e-store only and cannot be used in any CANON stores or associated retailers.
• CANON reserves the right to cancel a voucher at any time
• Voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

Paid Search Terms and Conditions:
Canon does not permit affiliates to run any PPC campaigns. If you would like to run a PPC campaign, please contact the Zanox team beforehand to obtain approval.
In the event that PPC is permitted on the program, the following must be adhered to:
CANON operates a strict policy on paid search activity. These Terms and Conditions are applicable on any ad platform, including but not limited to, search engines, content networks and social networking ad placements.
• Affiliates are not able to bid on any brand terms, for example, ‘CANON’
• Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on our brand searches, misspellings, extended or hybrid brand searches or derivates of ‘CANON’ or ‘OFFICIAL CANON STORE’
Affiliates are not permitted to run the following upon any search engine within the UK, Ireland and worldwide:
• Brand Bidding on the trademark STORE.CANON.CO.UK, STORE.CANON.COM, CANON, CANON.co.uk, CANON.com (or any variations)
• You must not site frame the CANON or CANON STORE landing page
• You cannot use CANON.co.uk, STORE.CANON, CANON.com or any variations as the display URL
• You cannot operate domains that contain trademarks or misspellings of the CANON trademark for the sole purpose of driving traffic from search engines
• In order to avoid any broad match issues we also require that affiliates add ‘CANON’ as a negative broad match within their PPC campaigns
• You must not send traffic directly through automatic redirects on a website page
Affiliates must agree not to perform any of these activities: ‘Cookie Surfing’, ‘Cookie dropping’, ‘Spyware’ or ‘Parasiteware’ practices or ‘Forced clicks’.
Any affiliate found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the CANON affiliate team and may potentially have their commissions declined and face suspension from the program.
+ During periods where our Canon store is running its own cash back campaigns, we may amend our rates accordingly.
+ 2.5% CPA will be paid on the category Ink, Toner and Paper however this is a launch offer and will drop to 2% at a future date.
+ For cash back sites, there are some products which are excluded from commission pay outs. For more information, please contact your Account Manager.
+ Cashback via cashback partners / affiliates is not available and will not be paid to Canon employees”
