Dose Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Dose Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Eetho Brands Inc. (“Dose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Enrollment
To enroll, you must submit a complete affiliate application. Acceptance into the Program is at Dose’s sole discretion. We may reject or remove affiliates for any reason, including if we determine your promotional methods are inconsistent with our brand values or marketing policies.
2. Approved Promotion Channels
Affiliates may promote Dose products through:
- Personal websites, blogs, and social media accounts you own and operate;
- Email newsletters to opted-in subscribers; and
- Other methods approved in writing by Dose.
All promotions must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship and comply with all applicable FTC endorsement guidelines.
3. Prohibited Activities
To protect Dose’s brand integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Paid Search Advertising on Branded Keywords
Affiliates may not:
- Bid on, purchase, or otherwise target Dose-branded terms in any search engine or advertising platform.
- Use any variations, misspellings, or combinations of our branded terms.
Prohibited keywords include (but are not limited to):
“Dose,” “Dose Daily,” “Dose for Your Liver,” “Dose Supplements,” “Drink Dose,” and any combinations or misspellings of these names.
This includes broad match, phrase match, or exact match keywords, and applies across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital ad platforms.
3.2 Use of Coupon, Cashback, or Deal Sites
Affiliates may not:
- Post or promote Dose offers on coupon, cashback, voucher, or deal aggregation websites.
- Use browser extensions or plugins that automatically apply coupons or redirect traffic; or
- Represent themselves as an authorized discount provider for Dose.
3.3 Misleading or Unauthorized Content
Affiliates must not:
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Dose products;
- Imitate or represent themselves as Dose or an employee of Dose;
- Use Dose’s trademarks, logos, or creative assets without written permission; or
- Promote through spam, incentivized clicks, or misleading redirects.
4. Commission and Payment
Commissions are based on valid, tracked purchases made through your approved affiliate links. Commissions are not paid on:
- Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders;
- Orders placed using unauthorized coupon codes or promotions; or
- Orders driven by prohibited activities described above.
Dose reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for violations of these Terms.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
Dose reviews affiliate activity regularly. Any violation of these Terms may result in:
- Immediate termination from the Program;
- Forfeiture of unpaid commissions; and/or
- Legal action for damages or injunctive relief.
6. Intellectual Property
Dose retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, product names, and other brand assets. Your use of these assets is limited to approved promotional materials provided by Dose.
7. Modification or Termination
Dose may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or through the affiliate platform.
