Agreement Terms:
Commission and Payment:
Affiliates will receive a 15% commission on net sales.
Additional 5% commission on individual sales exceeding $200.
$100 bonus upon completion of 10 sales.
Payments are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold.
Cookie Policy:
Affiliates will be credited for sales made within 60 days of the initial click-through.
Marketing and Promotions:
Affiliates must use approved marketing materials and adhere to brand guidelines.
Spamming or any form of unethical marketing is strictly prohibited.
Quality Traffic:
Affiliates must generate genuine traffic and sales.
Coupon and deal sites are not eligible for the affiliate program.
Intellectual Property:
Affiliates must respect PetPortraits.com's intellectual property and ensure proper use of trademarks and copyrights.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Violation of terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Liability and Indemnity:
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of PetPortraits.com.
PetPortraits.com is not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate marketing activities.
Modification of Terms:
PetPortraits.com reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time.
