Affiliates have to adhere to branding restrictions and guidelines. For example, Affiliates may not use the Wayfair brand in any way to register accounts on social media or via any other channel. Similarly, Affiliates must never suggest that they represent Wayfair in any way. I.e. they must never speak ‘as’ or ‘for’ the brand, they may only speak ‘about’ or ‘promote’ the brand or our products.
