Zoviz Affiliate Program Agreement

Welcome to the Zoviz Affiliate Program. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before joining. By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below, in addition to the Awin Terms of Use.
1. Introduction
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Zoviz Affiliate Program. It sets the expectations and responsibilities of both Zoviz and its affiliates to ensure a successful partnership.
2. Compliance with Awin Terms
All affiliates must comply with the ShareASale Terms of Use, as well as the additional requirements specified in this agreement.
3. Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates are expected to promote Zoviz ethically and responsibly.
- All marketing efforts must comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.
- Promotional materials provided by Zoviz must be used as intended and may not be modified without prior written approval.
- Affiliates are encouraged to maintain transparency and integrity in all content.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:
- Sending spam or unsolicited email promotions.
- Engaging in false, deceptive, or misleading advertising.
- Using unauthorized content or trademarked materials in promotions.
- Bidding on Zoviz trademarked terms or brand name variations in paid search campaigns on any platform.
5. Commission and Payment Terms
- Affiliates will earn 40% commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique tracking link.
- Commissions are tracked and paid through ShareASale, according to their standard payment schedule.
- Zoviz reserves the right to withhold commissions resulting from suspicious or fraudulent activity.

6. Content Ownership
All marketing materials, brand assets, and promotional content provided by Zoviz are the intellectual property of Zoviz. These materials may only be used for the purpose of promoting Zoviz products and services.
7. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
Zoviz reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement if the affiliate violates any terms, including prohibited activities or unethical conduct.
8. Liability and Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoviz, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their marketing activities, content violations, or breach of this agreement.
9. Amendment Clause
Zoviz reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program following updates will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and participating in the Zoviz Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
