1. Eligibility:
Affiliates must comply with ShareASale's Terms of Use and Yarbo's standards for content and business practices. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Guidelines:
Affiliates may only use authorized marketing materials provided by Yarbo. All promotional activities must be ethical, honest, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Use of Yarbo Brand or Brand-Related Keywords: Affiliates are not allowed to use the Yarbo brand name, trademarks, or any variations or misspellings thereof, in any domain names, keywords, search terms, or other identifiers in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), or any other online advertising method.
False advertising or misleading promotions.
Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Spamming, including email and social media spam.
Using unauthorized discount codes.
Engaging in deceptive or unethical practices.
Deal or coupon websites are not allowed.
4. Commission Payouts:
Commissions are paid based on valid sales generated through the Affiliate's unique tracking link. Commissions are subject to adjustments for returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent activities.
5. Termination:
Yarbo reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Termination may result from violations of this Agreement, unethical practices, or for any other reason at Yarbo's discretion.
6. Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree to keep all information provided by Yarbo, including commission rates and confidential data, confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
7. Changes to Terms:
Yarbo reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
By participating in the Yarbo Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
