Clean Machine Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Clean Machine, ("we", "us", or "our"), and you, ("you" or "Affiliate"), the party applying to become an affiliate of Clean Machine. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Prohibited Disease Claims
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making any disease claims, including but not limited to claims related to diabetes, high blood pressure, pregnancy, cancer, etc. All affiliates must include the following FDA Disclaimer on any content where our products are promoted: "This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." This disclaimer is required by law (DSHEA) and must be prominently displayed.
2. Trademark Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are expressly forbidden from bidding on our registered trademarks and other brand-related trademarks, variations, misspellings, combinations, or any keyword phrases that include these terms on paid search marketing or any platform that operates on keyword targeting. Violation of this term will result in immediate termination of the affiliate arrangement and forfeiture of earned commissions. Prohibited keyword phrases include, but are not limited to:

- cleanmachineonline.com coupon code
- clean machine promo code

This list includes any variations, misspellings, alternate spellings, or alternate spacing of these terms.
3. Prohibited Content Placement
Affiliates are not allowed to place our brand and brand assets on adult-oriented sites or adult-oriented social media accounts, or any sites that promote illegal activities. Violation of this term will result in immediate termination of the affiliate arrangement and forfeiture of earned commissions.
General Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any modification to this Agreement indicates your consent to such modifications. We advise you to review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated on any changes.
By applying to join our Affiliate Program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement in its entirety.
