Flower Shops Network Terms and Conditons
By applying to join the Flower Shops Network affiliate programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the programme.
Compliance:
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You agree not to send misrepresent to visitors of your affiliate site
- You warrant that your affiliate site does not contain and/or facilitate illegal activities
Content:
- Affiliates are at all times responsible for their promotion of Flower Shops Network and products
- Affiliates must ensusre that affiliate links posted clearly highlight there is an affiliate relationship
- Affiliates must avoid content which can be interpretated as 'Spamming' or bring dispute to Flower Shops Network company or brand.
Intellectual Property:
- AWIN grants you, as our affiliate, a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence for the term of you participation in the programma to use our trade marks and assets (e.g. Logo's, banners, images) provided by either Flower Shops Network or AWIN, solely for the purposes of placing ad links through their affiliate sites.
- Affiliates explicitly acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the marks and assets belong to ans shall continue to belong to Flower Shops Network.
- Affiliates agree to not reproduce and marks and assets.
- Affiliates will not represent your affiliate site as our official website or make similar representations.
Promotions/Vouchers/Coupons
- Flower Shops Network will provide Promotion codes, vouchers or coupons
- You shall not use any codes that are not directly provided by Flower Shops Network or via AWIN.
- You shall not promote any code before the official go-live date as specified by us.
- An expiry date should be clearly displayed if an code is issued with an expiry date and the code should be removed after this date.
Transactions & Commisions:
- Transactions will be validated once a month
- Flower Shops Network operates by CPA
- Commission Rates will be as outlined in Commissions.
- Commissions will only be paid over succesfull orders
- Cancellations are excluded from commissions
- Commissions are only valid over the products, Delivery Fee's are excluded in Commissions.
- For breach of any of the programme terms, Flower Shops Network reserves the right to withhold any commission payments payable under the programma and/or suspend or terminate your participation in the program.
Liabilty:
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Flower Shops Network and its publishers and employees, from and against any and all liablity, claims or expenses brought by a third party, arising out of a breach, or alleged breach, by you of any of these terms.
- Flower Shops Network is not liable for any interruptions or errors on our site
