The Program is operated by LPScreen.com (“we,” “us,” or “the Merchant”) via the Awin Affiliate Network, with the goal of increasing global sales of our laptop replacement screens and related products through affiliate promotion.
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as Awin’s platform policies.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Awin account.
• Your website, social media, or other promotional channels must not contain illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• You must not create confusion with LPScreen trademarks, domain names, or branding.
3. Promotional Methods
You may promote LPScreen products using:
• Awin-provided banners, product links, or creatives placed on your website or blog.
• Social media promotion (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) in compliance with these Terms.
• Email marketing, provided you have obtained proper consent from recipients and comply with anti-spam laws.
Prohibited promotional practices include:
• Bidding on our branded keywords or misspellings in search engine advertising.
• Using misleading or false claims about LPScreen products.
• Engaging in cookie stuffing, fake clicks, or any fraudulent traffic generation.
4. Commission & Payment
• Commission rates will be displayed in the Awin dashboard and may vary by product category or campaign.
• Commission is earned only on qualifying purchases completed via your unique tracking link within the set cookie period.
• Payments will be handled by Awin according to their payment schedule and terms.
5. Intellectual Property
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Program.
• You must not modify or misuse our intellectual property.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm our brand reputation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.
