BuyCBDhub Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Brand Protection & SEM Policy
To protect our organic search traffic and brand integrity, we enforce a strict search policy:
Prohibited Keywords: Affiliates may not bid on "BuyCBDhub," "Buy CBD Hub," or any variations/misspellings thereof on Google Ads, Bing, or Yahoo.
Negative Matching: You must add "BuyCBDhub" as a negative keyword in all PPC campaigns.
No Direct Linking: You may not use a redirect to send traffic directly to buycbdhub.com from a search ad.
2. FDA Compliance & Medical Claims
Because we operate in the CBD space, compliance is non-negotiable.
No Medical Claims: Affiliates must never state that products sold on BuyCBDhub can treat, cure, or prevent any disease (e.g., "CBD cures anxiety" or "CBD for cancer").

Termination: Any affiliate found making unauthorized medical claims will be removed from the program immediately to protect our brand's regulatory standing.

4. Promotion Channels
Social Media: You may promote BuyCBDhub on social platforms, provided you follow the platform's specific rules regarding CBD (e.g., Meta and TikTok have strict restrictions on CBD ads).
