Violation of this policy may result in commissions being denied and/or your participation in the program being terminated.

Boardroom Socks does not partner with coupon or discount sites. Whether through SEO or PPC efforts, misrepresenting yourself as a provider of coupons or promotions to our site is strictly prohibited. Any type of promotion that is misleading to customers, detrimental to the Boardroom Socks brand or in any other way not in the spirit of this affiliate program may result in commissions being denied and/or your participation in the program being terminated.

Affiliate shall operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, decisions and industry best practices, including but not limited to: (i) Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act and any current or future rules, regulations, orders, guides or other interpretation issued by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) of Section 5, and (ii) the Direct Marketing Association’s Best Practices for Online Advertising and Publisher Marketing. Affiliate represents and warrants that it is fully compliant with applicable privacy and information security laws. Affiliate shall provide clear and conspicuous notice for, and fully disclose, its respective privacy policy and practices to visitors to its website(s).

Boardroom Socks reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Boardroom Socks. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Boardroom Socks network. Boardroom Socks reserves the right to change these terms at any time and will promptly notify affiliates of any changes.
