Voucher Codes and Cashback
-City Cruises reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.

-Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying codes not published via the AWIN interface or expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme or have their commission set to zero. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines. You can find a copy of the IAB Voucher Code of Conduct here:

-Affiliates may provide cashback to their users.

 

PPC Terms
-It is strictly forbidden for any partners to bid on City Cruises trademarks, brand name(s), or any derivations/misspellings - with or without spaces, in any SEM campaigns.
-“City Cruises”, “City Experiences” and all variations thereof must be added as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns.
-“cityexperiences” (or variations thereof) must not appear in any paid advertising as the display URL, nor can it appear in the main domain of any partner’s website.
-Partners in breach of our terms may face the reversal of some (or all) pending pay-outs and other penalties – potentially including removal from the programme.

 

Website Restrictions
-Partners are not permitted to use any mis-spell domains which could be confused with our own website or that of any of our industry partners.
-Partners must not mask or cloak their URLs.
-Embedding our website or content in an Iframe is strictly forbidden.
-Scraping our site (https://www.cityexperiences.com/city-cruises) is strictly forbidden.

 

Branding Restrictions
-All partners must ensure that any City Cruises logos and brand descriptions are up-to-date.
-No amendments are permitted to be made to our copyright protected assets.
-All offers listed on partner sites must be kept up to date and in-line with our own terms and conditions.
