You will be paid a percentage of total sales after any discounts used, not including taxes or shipping.
Commissions are approved only after payment has been confirmed and approved.
Any returns or refunds will be deducted from your next sale or held until another sale is made.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
- WE DO NOT ALLOW OFF-NICHE/OFF-BRAND COUPON WEBSITES/FARMS. If you are found promoting a coupon website that does not align with our audience, you will be
terminated immediately without warning and no further payments will be made to you.
- ANY PAID MEDIA running to your affiliate link must be approved (Ex: Google Ads, FB Ads, Banner Ads, etc).
- Commission will not be given for any code, offer, or promotion that is not available and listed as active in the affiliate channel.
- You can be terminated at any time for any reason without any further pay.
- You are not entitled to any compensation from herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC in the event you are terminated.
RESTRICTIONS:
- Do not create any herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC (e.g. 2Rise Naturals) branded material on your own without permission from a herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC representative.
- Do not use any herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC (e.g. 2Rise Naturals) brand logos/marks without permission.
- Any material or pages or assets that could be confused as Official herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC digital assets are NOT allowed.
- Do not share your link with existing customers from other affiliates.
- Do not share your link in or on any corporate websites, social media or branded assets.
- Do not share your link or promote herbOrder / Brand Basket Media LLC to individuals under the age of 18.
