Program Terms:

- Affiliates will earn a standard commission rate of 5% on all eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commission rates may vary based on performance tiers or specific promotions communicated by LaFrieda Meats.
Cookie Duration:
- The cookie duration is set to 30 days. Affiliates will receive commission for sales made within this period from the initial click on their referral link.
Payout Schedule:
- Commissions will be paid out based on AWIN's platform.
Promotional Guidelines:
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote LaFrieda Meats using approved marketing materials provided by the program.
- Affiliates must not engage in any misleading, unethical, or spammy marketing practices when promoting LaFrieda Meats.
Brand Guidelines:
- Affiliates must adhere to LaFrieda Meats' branding guidelines when representing the brand, ensuring accurate product information and brand integrity.
Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on LaFrieda Meats' trademarked terms or using them in domain names for PPC campaigns without explicit permission.
- Affiliates must not engage in cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, or any other prohibited activities.
Termination Clause:
- LaFrieda Meats reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violations of the program terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Modification of Terms:
- LaFrieda Meats reserves the right to update, modify, or change the program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
By participating in the LaFrieda Meats Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these program terms and guidelines. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the affiliate's account and forfeiture of commissions.
