Terms:
General
All partners are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Contact:
All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them.
All partners agree to consult with the brand on at least a monthly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
Promotions:
It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the relevant Account Manager for approval.
Brand:
Partners agree to present the brand in the same manner the brand present themselves.
Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
Paid Search Policy:
No partner should run a paid search campaign using the brand terms without written consent.
Comparison Shopping Services:
No partner should run a CSS campaign using the brand terms without written consent.
Display:
Partners can run display campaigns and we would encourage you to get in touch, so we can provide all the information you need to do this.
Social Media:
If you want to create content please do get in touch, as we may be able to provide samples or provide interview time with the team.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers:
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by an Account Manager.
Cashback:
Please get in touch to discuss further. We are open to doing this.
Lead Generation:
Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent.
Compliance:
Where the brand are in a regulated industry, partners agree to adhere to the relevant regulations. And to take reasonable care in ensuring their marketing is compliant especially around sustainability, organic and fabric contents.
Refusal:
Where the brand judge a breach of the terms is severe enough. And in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative. Partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission:
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. The brand will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real.

To ensure our logo is presented in its best light on your documents; you can find all the information you need to use our logo correctly below. We're happy for you to download and use our logo as specified below, but please be sure to follow our guidelines:

HOW TO USE
This is the only logo to be permitted for use by any third parties.
The logotype can be shown as black on white or white on black.
In all usage options, the Company Name must be legible at ALL times. The logotype is used in black or reversed in white. This makes reproduction clear when used in standard litho/digital print, and should be useable with various materials and media.
It is possible to use the logotype over imagery, but this will depend on the image and the background complexity.

In all circumstances, please observe the following to maintain the integrity and appearance of the Cottsbury Originals logotypes.
THE LOGOTYPES:
- X DO NOT use the logotype over the top of imagery unless there is an area of clear white that observes the exclusion zone.
- X DO NOT resize elements of the logotype.
- X DO NOT change the appearance of any logotype by distorting the whole logotype OR its individual elements.
- X DO NOT retype any part of the logotype.
- X DO NOT change the typefaces for any part of the logotype.
- X DO NOT use the Cottsbury Originals logotype with ANY third-party advertising promotions.
At all times, the logotype must be shown in its entirety and as specified in the above guidelines.
