2. Prohibited Promotion Methods
No spam, incentivized traffic, or cookie stuffing.
3. Coupon Usage
Only use coupons provided through Awin or pre-approved by our team.
Unauthorized use of coupons (including expired or scraped codes) will result in commission reversals.
4. Email & Social Media
Email promotions must comply with all anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Tagging our official accounts or using our hashtags is encouraged but must reflect the brand respectfully.
5. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including any age restrictions for cannabis-related content.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates at any time for violations of these terms or for conduct that may harm our brand reputation.
6. Commission & Payouts
Commissions are approved monthly after verification of completed and non-returned purchases.
Orders canceled, returned, or flagged as fraud will not qualify for commission.
