NuMe does not accept coupon publishers and coupon websites, and all activities from coupon websites is strictly forbidden. In case we find an affiliate promoting NuMe through coupon websites they won't be entitled to earn commission and their account will be terminated. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date hereof and will remain in effect for a one (1) year period. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each such renewal period a “Renewal Term” and, together with the Initial Term the “Term”), unless either Party elects to not renew the Agreement by providing at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to the other Party of its intent not to renew.
