| Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes or promotions face suspension from the programme and commissions declined where the unauthorised code has been used. |

We do not allow any paid search activity to push our affiliate programme. |

| Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspellings of the Pooky brand |

| Affiliates are asked not to register URLs with Pooky brand term contained in their domain or subdomain. |

| Affiliates are not permitted to use the Pooky brand name in PPC ads or performing PPC on Pooky's behalf |

| Affiliates may not put the Pooky website into frames or use masked URLs. |

| All transactions will be de-duplicated if the customer goes through another channel as the last click. |

Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the AWIN interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through AWIN may take immediate effect. |
We reserve the right to suspend affiliates from the programme immediately if required. Commission will not be accepted on orders made by people signed up to Pooky's Trade supplier program. Thank you for adhering to these terms. We look forward to working with you. |
