Affiliates must obtain express prior approval before making any alterations to the creative or text links provided through the interface.
Affiliates are urged not to hard code creative banners to ensure immediate updates can be made.
PPC:
Engagement in PPC activities related to The Rugby Company brand or any brand-related terms, including misspellings, is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the PPC terms and conditions tab for detailed information.
We reserve the right to remove affiliates who fail to comply with these terms and conditions from the program.
Commissions:
Commissions will not be approved for any publishers found to be in breach of our terms and conditions.
