Incerunmen Affiliate Program Service Agreement
We value cooperation with each of our partners and strive to make it mutually beneficial. By submitting an application to join the Incerunmen Affiliate Program, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Incerunmen affiliate team.
1. Overview
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW, WHICH MAY BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS OR BOLD.
This Agreement is designed to protect the legal interests of Incerunmen and its affiliates and to maintain operational integrity.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Incerunmen.com’s free affiliate service (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept all terms, please do not use the Service.
Entering the Affiliate Center page signifies your consent to this Agreement.
Incerunmen may modify these terms at any time by posting updates on https://www.incerunmen.com.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance.
You may terminate the Agreement if modifications are unacceptable.
Incerunmen reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason.
3. Definitions
Advertiser: Incerunmen, promoting products via the affiliate network.
Affiliate: An individual or company earning compensation for qualifying transactions.
Note: Affiliates and Incerunmen are independent entities. This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Affiliates may not make representations on behalf of Incerunmen.
4. Program Description
Affiliates earn commissions on validated sales (excluding freight, taxes, insurance, service charges, etc.) driven to Incerunmen’s site.
Commission rates vary by membership type.
Sales are tracked via Incerunmen’s tracking system.

5. Enrollment Criteria
You may join if you operate a website, blog, or other platform. However, the following types of sites are prohibited:
Promote illegal activities, violence, hate, or discrimination
Contain sexually explicit material
Promote tobacco, gambling, or pyramid schemes
Include defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content
Incerunmen reserves sole discretion in accepting affiliates.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use Incerunmen trademarks or materials without written approval
Mislead users into believing Incerunmen sponsors unauthorized ads or communications
Modify or alter Incerunmen’s site
Engage in false trading or traffic hijacking
Bid on trademark keywords or domain names (e.g., Incerunmen, Incerunmen.com)
Use unauthorized software or technology to intercept or redirect traffic
7. Participant Responsibilities
Affiliates must:
Use technology to detect and prevent fraud
Remove licensed materials if objectionable content appears
Notify Incerunmen of any objectionable content or malfunctioning links
Ensure website content is legal and non-libelous
Affiliates indemnify Incerunmen against claims, damages, and legal expenses related to their site’s development and content.
8. Violations & Penalties
Violating this Agreement may result in:
Immediate termination of the Agreement
Withholding of referral fees
Legal action for damages
Incerunmen retaining the right to prosecute
9. Supplementary Clause
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Incerunmen’s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. It becomes effective on the date of publication.
