Mocktail Club Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Mocktail Club Affiliate Program through AWIN, you agree to the following
terms:
1. Participation
Affiliates may promote Mocktail Club using approved banners and links provided via AWIN.
- Content must accurately represent the brand and be in English.
- Email or social campaigns require prior written approval.
- Affiliates may not alter or recreate brand assets.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and loss of
commissions:
- No PPC or Paid Media: No bidding on Mocktail Club or related terms in Google, Meta,
TikTok, or any other platform. No paid traffic of any kind.
- No Misrepresentation: Do not impersonate Mocktail Club, use its name in domains, or
create lookalike pages or social accounts.
- No Misleading Tactics: No pop-ups, auto-redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or
incentivized traffic.
- No Adult, Hate, or Illegal Content.
3. Coupons & Cashback
- Only official coupon codes provided via AWIN may be used.
- No fabricated or expired codes.
- Cashback and loyalty sites require written approval.
4. Commissions
- Commissions are tracked through AWIN and approved once orders are confirmed and not
returned.
- Mocktail Club uses a 30-day cookie window.
- Payments follow AWIN’s standard schedule.
5. Termination
Mocktail Club may suspend or end participation at any time for any violation or misuse.
Affiliates may also withdraw at any time.
