We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. c. If accepted, you will be provided with a unique affiliate ID and access to our affiliate dashboard.
Promotion and Marketing: a. As an affiliate, you will promote CandleHand products using your unique affiliate links and marketing materials provided by us. b. You may share your affiliate links through your website, blog, social media platforms, or other legitimate promotional methods. c. You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission Structure: a. You will earn a commission on each eligible sale made through your affiliate links. b. The commission rate and structure will be communicated to you separately and may be subject to change.
Eligible Sales: a. To qualify for a commission, a sale must be made using your affiliate link and be tracked and recorded by our affiliate platform. b. A sale will be considered eligible if the customer completes the purchase and the order is not canceled, refunded, or returned. c. Commission will not be paid for self-referrals or purchases made using your own affiliate link.
Order Fulfillment and Customer Service: a. We will handle all aspects of order fulfillment, including processing payments, shipping, and customer service. b. You are not responsible for any customer inquiries, complaints, or product fulfillment.

Termination: a. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason. b. If terminated, you will forfeit any pending or unpaid commissions. c. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and stop promoting CandleHand products.
Modifications: a. We may modify the terms of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. b. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Limitation of Liability: a. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
