Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Flowersong (the "Company") and the affiliate partner (the "Partner").
1. Brand Keyword Placement and Protection Guidelines:
1.1 The Partner agrees not to bid on or use the Company's trademarks or brand-related keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising without explicit written permission.
1.2 The Partner agrees to follow the Company's guidelines for brand representation, ensuring accurate and positive portrayal in all promotional activities.
2. Social Media Policy:
2.1 The Partner agrees to promote Company products/services responsibly on social media platforms, adhering to content guidelines and avoiding any misleading or harmful practices.
2.2 The Partner shall not engage in activities that may damage the Company's reputation on social media, including but not limited to spamming, fake reviews, or inflammatory content.
3. Email Marketing Policy:
3.1 The Partner agrees to obtain explicit consent from recipients before sending marketing emails and to comply with all relevant anti-spam regulations.
3.2 The Partner shall include a clear and functional unsubscribe link in all marketing emails.
4. Coupon and Deal Usage Policy:
4.1 The Partner agrees to use only authorized coupons and deals provided by the Company.
4.2 The Partner shall not create or distribute misleading or unauthorized coupons and deals that could harm the Company's reputation.
5. FTC Advertising Law Policy:
5.1 The Partner agrees to disclose their affiliate relationship with the Company in a clear and conspicuous manner in all promotional materials.
5.2 The Partner shall comply with all applicable advertising laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
6. Special Commission Rules:
6.1 The Company may establish special commission rules for specific products or promotional periods, and the Partner agrees to review and adhere to these rules.
7. CPC Placement Policy:
7.1 The Partner agrees to follow the Company's cost-per-click (CPC) placement policy, including guidelines for bidding, ad copy, and landing page content.
7.2 The Partner shall not engage in click fraud or use any deceptive practices in CPC advertising.
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and may be terminated by either party with prior notice. Both parties acknowledge and agree to comply with the aforementioned policies and guidelines.
