This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Two Tails Pet Company (“Brand”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the ShareASale service ("the Service").
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If Affiliate does not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety Affiliate is not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
Brand reserves the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. Affiliate will have no legal recourse against Brand for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but Affiliate can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on the Affiliate, the Affiliate is the one that counts.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses coupon code, Affiliate will not receive a double commission. If Affiliate is not assigned a branded coupon, then the Affiliate is not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on owned social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.
3. ACTIVITIES
PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to twotailspetcompany.com directly or indirectly. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules. The following is NOT ALLOWED:
Using the Two Tails Pet Company brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.affiliate.com/twotailspetcompany)
Using the Two Tails Pet Company brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.TwoTailsPetCompany.affiliate.com)
Using the Two Tails Pet Company brand in the ad title
Bid on the brand term “Two Tails Pet Company” or any keyword containing “Two Tails.”
Advertise as the brand
Have adverts on competitors’ brands
Discount code / voucher code websites are not allowed to join under any circumstances.
Publishers must not display made-up / invented discount codes on their site(s) or display discount codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online publishers. If Affiliate is found doing this, Affiliate’s participation in the Two Tails Pet Company’s program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided.
Under no circumstances are publishers allowed to surreptitiously use i-frames to set cookies onto a user’s computer.
Discount code and deals publishers are accepted in the program as long as do not promote discount codes.
Advertising
Publishers are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the Two Tails Pet Company brand.
4. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, Affiliate will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Payments will only be sent out for transactions stemming from affiliate’s website. No payments will be made for any transactions resulting from a coupon site or coupon extension.
5. Marketing tool and Creative
Brand may share promotion medias such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to Affiliate through Marketing tool tab. Affiliate can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share onto affiliate channels.
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Affiliate Window.com interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window.com may take immediate effect. If Allifate’s site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact Affiliate whenever updates are necessary.
6. Cookie
Brand uses a cookie to track people who have clicked on Affiliate link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting twotailspetcompany@harmonica.co.
8. Privacy Policy
Two Tails Pet Company will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of Affiliate and Affiliate’s Company. If you have any questions please contact twotailspetcompany@harmonica.co.
